Stall Application

Would you like to join our wonderful community of farmers, producers and food suppliers?

Fill in our online Jan Powers Farmers Markets Stallholder Application Form below and tell us a little bit about yourself and your business.

We will assess your application and, if approved, contact you to discuss further details, including the availability of market sites.

We receive many applications and have limited stallholder space so our response time will vary.

What does it cost to be a stallholder?
Your site fee is calculated based on stall size (small, medium, large), location, electricity requirements and additional needs. Site fees are subject to GST and will incur a 12% marketing levy. We will calculate your site fees upon approval of your applications. Tax receipts are provided to all stallholders.

I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?
The Jan Powers Farmers Markets Stallholder Refund Policy is available online. For more information, or to request a refund, please email info@janpowersfarmersmarkets.com.au.

Can I raise money for a charity at the markets?
Jan Powers Farmers Markets has a long history of supporting local community groups and important causes. We can accommodate up to two charities or fundraising endeavours per week at each market site. Allocations fill up fast so express your interest well in advance at info@janpowersfarmersmarkets.com.au.

What do I need to know about setting up my stall?
A representative from Jan Powers Farmers Markets will meet new stallholders at the front entrance to each market and show you to your allocated site. Stallholders at Powerhouse Farmers Markets must enter through the New Farm Park entrance, off Brunswick Street, from 4am. Do not enter via the Lamington Street entrance.
